Note

bit of a review from the weekend:
•sat morn - got some good direction practise at the start then became really down but not entirely sure why
•sat afternoon - felt a lot happier and got some good training in despite feeling like lead
•sun (1st area) - really happy and did a fun map memory with scarlet which was yet again good training
•sun (2nd area) - completely mentally drained so didn’t do the exercise properly unfortunately
•• overall got some good stuff out of the weekend (eg. compass work) and had a really nice time. Normally on training weekends i can forget about everything else but this weekend that didn’t seem to happen - so need to sort that out for next time to get the most out of it, but think i did okay considering the way i was feeling.

Feeling a bit numb mentally so wasn’t up for much so jogged around the starter and a windows exercise. Was doing okay but obviously not great.
