Leg bloody started hurting on the way up which was so annoying

BSOC - 1st
Knee was sore all the way around but just blanked it out as much as i could. Nav was fine but physically i felt like an absolute slug, running felt so much harder than it should’ve and getting any speed was basically impossible. Literally bonked after the spectator and just ground it out to the finish. This is the most unfit i’ve been in a long while and it’s super annoying!!
Afterwards my knee stiffened up almost immediately and is very painful :(

ouch :/ outside of knee is bruised but i deffo didn’t knock it (?) very weird, it’s exactly where the pain was before i ran but only appeared after my race.
