Warmed up indoors with sprinters for 8mins, cooldown was to jog back inside.

Quick set of Abs indoors before workout.

Track workout during rain/sleet, felt terrible but pushed through it. Did 3x1200s (75-80%), one 800 (80-85%), one 400 (85-90%), and 2x200s (strides).
