Spicer Park orienteering. Not great spent 16 minutes running in circles on a steep hill in some green. There was something a bit odd about the map there though as everyone seemed to have trouble including Tim. Most of the course was pretty steep and green so it was hard to run hard too.

Was going to go on a long run on the skyline however I felt a bit weak on the hill going up and then when I got up there it was much too windy so I turned back.

First CSW sprint at Tawa. Felt good overall. Had a little trouble finding the next control on the map a few times though which I should work on.
