Orienteering 1:35:55 [3] 10.53 km (9:07 / km) +270m 8:04 / km
shoes: Salomon S-Lab

Orienteering at Belmont. Sore again so pretty slow, made some mistakes when I got distracted in thought. Interesting to be on a less visited area of the map but I think I preferred the normal bit with all the buildings.

Vosseler cross country race on Mt Vic. Felt quite bad during the race and wasn't very pleased. Felt alright for the first km but then then felt awful for the next 8 km. Probably due to not eating enough in the morning or day before, but also just from some aches from the past week. Picked it up a bit for the last km and reclaimed a few places.

Vic run club run out to Hataitai and back around the coast. Everyone else dropped off to go home so I ended up running the last bit to uni alone. The Allenby terrace steps were a pain and the rest of the way up to uni but I managed to not stop.
