Orienteering 32:42 [3] 3.56 km (9:11 / km)

Turning controls on for NISS and checking control descriptions. Half walk/run.

Orienteering 43:46 [3] 6.34 km (6:54 / km)

Ran the Senior Girls course, beat the winner by 7 minutes. Orienteering was pretty easy but good. I was a bit off when trying to run straight for a control, and it was hard running through the long grass.

Running up to Wadestown and down to Thordon to go running. Thought I was going to be late so ran pretty hard but ended up being pretty early.

Running 1:17:06 [4] 9.06 km (8:31 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 270

Run at Butterfly creek with ogang. Had quite a lot of uphill running, didn't feel too bad though.

Running 25:30 [3] 3.76 km (6:47 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 270

Run home from ellies. Walked a bit in the middle

Tuesday Apr 24, 2018 #

Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.5 km (7:04 / km)
shoes: Inov8 F-lite

Harriers. Drill at the start then two lots of 4x15, 3x30, 2x60, 1x90, fast, with an equal length jog after each one. First time I've felt good and fast running since nationals. Distanced estimated as I couldn't find my watch.
