I know I haven't done much recently but I'm still taking today and tomorrow off from running. We're not at the point of 'too much rest' and I want to start the semester strong and confident so progress will be more attainable and consistent.
Images from the 15 minute commute that I now realize I must make 4 times. Every. Single. Day.
It's the walk to the nearest dining hall because Cornell outright forgot about South Campus. But hey, 2.25 miles minimum additional free exercise per day, right?

First run around campus of the semester. So snowy and slippery

Same routine but too comfortable this time around, I'll have to do more next time.
Project updates: the script that updates the daily health graphs in the sidebar is now fully autonomous, I used to have to launch Python and run the program every night but now I don't even have to do that.
I also started and finished a project that will automatically send push notifications to my iPhone whenever someone comments on my training log.
Here's a picture I took from my dorm window this morning to distract from the lack of exercise:
Woke up with pain along the outside my left arm near the shoulder. Essentially did the chicken dance throughout the day until I could hold a good form for push ups and whatnot. Probably from moving; nothing serious.

Other (Cardio) 20:00 [2]
Tried a bodyweight cardio exercise put on by the Cornell Fitness Center (they have a few videos out for students in quarantine). If nothing else, it was a good warm up before arms. I'm gonna have to get creative with the workout tomorrow, I'm thinking a ton of balance exercises.
