Orienteering 2:06:05 [3] 7.57 mi (16:39 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Vazee Summitt Trai

Orienteering at Governor Dick. Chose the blue course as my toe was feeling a bit better, but I wish I had just taken red or green. Got a little frustrated with the intense rocks everywhere on the map, but figured out even the most challenging parts.

Mountain Bike 2:00:16 [4] 15.5 mi (7:46 / mi)

Neck was feeling almost entirely better, so I took a long ride at Harmony Hill. Found the trail that connects Romig Rd to the trestle bridge; nice to have a long loop over there now. Rained for about 10 minutes in the middle of the ride, but it felt pretty nice, as I was pretty sweaty with the first warm ride of the year.

Hike/Trekking 1:10:00 [1] 4.0 mi (17:30 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Leadville 1210

Hike with Rebekah before picking up Noah. Nature center and Harmony Hill trails.

Had big plans for the beautiful weather today, but I got a freak stiff neck last night. Hoping it wears off in time for a new icer workout tomorrow and orienteering Saturday.

shoes: Saucony Kinvara 8

Arms/Legs at PF. No real issues, just a little tentative on the right shoulder.

shoes: Saucony Kinvara 8

Intervals on ARC at PF. Worked me pretty good.

Mountain Bike 1:30:05 [3] 11.92 mi (7:33 / mi)

Ride at Harmony Hill and Sawmill Rd. A little muddier than I was hoping; this was my first ride since a full, deep clean and a tune up at the shop. Explored a long trail on the north side of Sawmill Rd. Torqued a link on the chain on the way back...

Run 55:28 [3] 6.5 mi (8:32 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 8

Run on CVT before bike ride. Still a bit sore after yesterday's run. Wore too many layers, got a bit too sweaty. Also, this was about the most boring run of my life; don't do this again.

Road Bike 1:52:59 [3] 30.05 mi (3:46 / mi)

Ride on CVT after run. Wind was blowing west, so I had an easier ride back.
