Hot in the stadium, played good first half did shit 2nd half. Lost 7-6 should have won they had about 12 subs so they were always fresh.

Finished work late so didnt make it to footy training. Slow 5km run with Mylesy was comfortable speed but not to slow well didnt feel it anyway was pretty slow. Right calf a bit tight at end.

Went for swim in front of runners club afterwards really calm and cold but refreshing and good to relax the muscles in. So unfit at the moment havent been this unfit in my life. 202 max HR on a slow 5km fun run that is saying something!! GET FIT!!!!

Feeling fat after swim down the beach whilst hungover. Footy training started havent been down yet trying to convince myself i will go tomorrow night. At 87kg the beer gut is getting bigger and starting to have less energy so trying to get motivated to get off my slack arse and do something.
