A mistake at leg 3-4 (should not forget to use a compass). Lost some time at leg 5-6, chose not the best path. Besides this all straight forward. Just tried to focus on perfect orienteering but not on fast running.

A new personal record in 12-minute test: 2.59 km (was 2.42).
Tried to do a test on Tue, but after two minutes I quit. Felt myself a little bit sick and had some stomach disorder. And I figured out later I started to run too fast (4.10 /km). I calculated the pace I should run to beat a record: (4.40-4.45/km). First 3 minutes were easy, last two were awful.

Street Scramble Bellingham. Third overall. As always I’ve lost enough much time on checkpoints. I hadn’t problems with translating/understanding what I should find but ... sometimes I just couldn’t find what I needed. I think I could skip one 30-point’s checkpoint and ran to 50-point’s at the end. And there were 10,10,30-points’checkpoints near finish area that it was possible to take. I even had time for at least one but I was already tired and traffic in the center was quite busy and should spend some time on traffic lights
