Overall a decent race. Clean through 1,2 and 3. On the way to 4 got dragged of my bearing a little and didn’t hit the path and was looking in slightly the wrong place but realised then got the control fine. Probobly binned 30 seconds there. Slightly high on 5 lost 30 seconds. Good for 6,7 and 8. Went to the right of the brambly bit which probably wasn’t a great route lost 1 minute there. Fine for the rest. Think tbh I just need to work on more on my terrain strength cause I really struggled running through all the tussocks

Quite a tactical race tbh. Got boxed in after 200m and couldn’t get out for ages, then got out then got boxed again but managed to get out with 200m to go and took 2nd. 0.2 seconds off first. Qualified for Devon Schools tho :)
