Nice ‘School Reunion’ outing in Toronto: walked briskly to each of my four former childhood schools and ran one lap of the cross-country/track loop that I used to train on as a student. It was fun! I guess you could call this a truly extensive interval workout :) It made for a nice varied loop throughout the old neighbourhood.
Francis dubs it a RALF-like workout, so let’s call it a CALF!!
