Sunny, mild day - great for a run. Did my AWC loop, alternating directions and using all three hills. Felt good generally, but some glute aches from yesterday's floor reno work, and a bit tired from the interrupted sleep re Tash.

Brisk run just before sunset, with crazy drivers along my AWC loop. Enjoyed the bare roads and variety with the Three Hills. Slight tinge behind the left knee - outer edge . Maybe from yesterday’s extended Fit450 and/or Monday’s ski. Felt a bit tired at around 5.5 km.

Long session to get ‘er all done. More core, strength, cuff, knees, balance. Crazy playlist: The Hollies, The Verve, BofC, A Tribe Called Red, The Headstones, Awolnation, Alan Parsons Project, Guns ‘n’ Roses, The Dead South...!
Added some tae kwon do stuff to this session.

Wow! Windy! Strong westerly made a skate ski on the SJAM trail challenging - a good workout! Icy spots around Island Park, but fairly good snow coverage on the test if the trail. Kitchisippi Woods loop was gorgeous :) Francis zipped along on the classic track.

Following this morning’s 3 km walk along the SJAM trail with Hazel, did the full session with cuff, knee, core, and balance additions. Felt it! Usual soundtrack helped.
