Short modified Fit 450 to warm up for running.

First snowy-road run of the year! Great temp (-2C) with no wind to speak of.
4H Loop with 4 laps of the oval. Didn't do the final Connaught big hill as my R achilles was feeling the slippy conditions. Great overall run. Doing the exercises before running was a good idea.

Great stretch session, with my usual modifications. This is really helping the hamstring injury to recover. Hip flexibility is increasing steadily.
