Interval type kyaking while I spotted the swimmers during Steve's Pick Your Poison Tri challenge in Wakefield. It was cold and windy, but I was bundled up perfectly and kept moving. Some upper body interval work sporadically thrown in :)

LSD along river to 4.16 km point, then turned around and stopped at 8 km mark and walked the rest of the way. Gorgeous day; sunny, dry, 21degrees :)

Night O at Rivermead Golf Club. Very enjoyable course set by Gord - thank you! It was a terrific first night-O for me!

RALF w/o:
1.5 km w/up to Btritannia Pk + 4X600 m loops O-style (total distance ~4.2 km, with jogging parts) + 3Xhill and into 1.5 km warm-down.
The air was humidly heavy, but it was a good workout :)

After a Hazel walk, did a modified Fit450/knee ex session. L hamstrings are very tight still; R achilles loosened up with the stretching.

Wow! Hot, humid run. The air was like peanut butter! Took 2km for the lungs to open up. Nice breeze along the river. Duckie point and back to the 6.06 km mark. R achilles was stiff until around 1 km. Gotta roll those calves tonight!

Cycle along Watts Creek with Francis and Andrew, easy pace. Turned around at March Rd.
