Steady around West U. Obviously the first quarter of the year was extremely unproductive. I thought this would be around 6:52/mile (it was7:09). As with the LSD on Tuesday I got to 5.5 miles and my HR rapidly increased. By the end I was holding back to stop my HR going into Zone 4. I woke up with some DOMS after yesterday too.
Going to rest tomorrow with the weather coming. Was going to Tyler which is my favourite map but it'd be zero fun for Kendal with 100% chance of rain. I can't drive her almost 8 hours round trip not to get out the car.

LSD. Obviously an area totally neglected. After 5 miles HR starting rapidly climbing. Stomach bothered. Very warm in the sun. Shade was Ok. Ran to Braeswood/610 and back via Kirby.
Furthest run in 6 months probably.
