New regime! Was going to have another day off but couldn't wait. Easy round West U. Going to try ramp up the mileage again. 40-50/week. Canny day for it today.
NB. I've been thinking the last 6 months my Inov8's have been giving me bouts of plantar fasciitis during races. Every time I stood on a fallen tree was agony. Then showering on Sunday I found a puncture wound in my foot, but where was the culprit? Today while washing the shoes from the weekend I've found the rascal. Now for some long nose pliers.
