Momentum with Eadie for her 1/2 day off school. Hands are killing.

Long run before I got Trevor from the airport. First run in almost a month on the road. Felt very heavy....full of Christmas cheer! Easy but HR climbed considerably. Legs don't feel too trashed.
NB. Trev is aiming for 68 mins on Sunday. Think I'll skip tomorrow's pre race shake out with him this year.

6x3mins (1min rest). Did this a day early because I felt lazy (I've got too much rest in my new programme and tons of interval sessions) and Trevor is in town tomorrow for the 1/2 on Sunday. I'll have to adjust my regime to his needs over the weekend. (Treadmill again)

Momentum. All yellows (V0-2). Nothing great. Didn't seriously attempt anything tougher. Pretty unmotivated.

2x15min @ threshold w/5mins jog. First 15 barely got into threshold HR. Second was virtually all in threshold. Held constant pace 9mph. Crud from cold still about but legs feel generally happy.
