Harriers Run. Steady. Apart from DOMS from yesterday’s S & C in the back of my legs I felt great this morning. Resisted the temptation to keep up with Jordan and this made for a more comfortable experience. Ran Buffalo Bayou.

Steady run. Richmond, North Blvd, Main, University, Annapolis, Buffalo to home. Found this hard. To be fair I'm finding a lot of sessions hard since training zones got adjusted and I left UK. Terrible sleep again.
