Steady with Harriers on Buffalo Bayou. Supposed to be easy but after a poor weeks training thought I'd take it up a notch this morning. Struggled towards the end. Good to meet Jordan and chat. Took my mind off the pace! Terrible nights sleep.

Steady-ish around West U w/ Gribskov map. Blazing hot at 11am. Couldn't do hills so tried to pick up the pace a tad. Watch says unproductive but I felt I achieved something. Good to be out with a map for a change.
I probably shouldn't take this but I did. Stool situation still not great but back at it tomorrow. Apart from move boxes I did absolutely nowt today. Both work sessions cancelled.

Same as yesterday. Stomach is in bits. I think the problem is HEB mineral water. The mineral content must be going through me like a train. Got to cut it out. Really struggling after 2 miles.
