Momentum with Ryan. Hands are battered. Did 10 mins of strengthening on Hamstrings. Right one is sore now. Maybe still no running.

I thought I'd give it a go. Barely held up. Thought leg was going to go at 1.5miles. It didn't. Was only going for 1-2 miles. Managed 4 very carefully. Going to be an interesting 10 days. More rollers ski in hill country I think.
