Momentum Gym. Tried a couple of blues (I've got about 4 yellows left to complete). The difference between yellow and blue is ridiculous. Going to have to tape my fingers from now on. I cannot climb long enough without. Hamstrings done again. I've figured I need to start for Denmark on the 19th March so maybe total rest maybe in order.

Very easy down the bayou. HR says not but I felt knackered. Two weeks off and I'm way off. Still feel the hammy. Cannot put any pace into a run or it'll go again.

Really slow and easy to get bike from Westend. (3 miles back on Stumpy). Hammy held up-ish. I can feel it. Anything more than light and 3miles would have been an issue. Still it's a start. Tomorrow I'll try 4 and maybe some more bike.
