Today was a good grind. I was looking forward to working out on the track, but also appreciate not rushing back and getting out of this injury cycle. I ran tough on the short hard stuff. During the tempo, there was some deep snow which messed up my rhythm and I ended up falling at one point. I need to work on staying strong in the cooldown. I ran the last fast stuff hard. Cooldown kicked my butt a bit today. I had some stomach issues and cramps but kept running despite wanting to stop.

Good run today. I ran hard and kept relatively calm throughout and pushed. I think I could've ran a titch harder for an ultimate wednesday effort, but I was happy with the result. I kept reminding myself to have emotional consistency.

Interesting run in the badlands today. I got super muddy which was quite fun and had a beautiful background to look at. I felt pretty beat up today and slipping in the mud just added to the grind.

Shakeout with the girls. I debated about skipping this one because my right hammie was a little off, but I spent some time doing some good rolling before hand and decided to give it a try. Once I got going things felt fine. I was happy I made myself go on it. I also did 5 mins of core and stretching after.

Struggled both physically and mentally today. My ego was bruised today because I thought I should've been up with Maxie and Beks. It felt like I was pushing the entire run. I tasted blood a couple times and finished felling pukey and spat up some breakie. I was happy to be done.

This was a rough shakeout. Maxie and I went down a super steep hill and ended up having to take a short break on the way back because we were breathing and struggling big time.
