Wee line course at Tentsmuir north cuz dads mapping there

trying out the new shoes, deffo more cousioning and heavier so probs use them for training more. Felt ok, cough pretty much gone so should be back to proper training in the next couple of days. Heading down to Ripon now after a small bit of train cancallage and fast driving but be down there this evening

DNC at Glendye

Felt pretty bad from the start, coughing and generally feeling ill like most of the school but wasn't going to let that hold me back. Pretty good until i hit the track going to #4 where i turned the wrong way for 10-20m before realising and turning back. Then going to #6 i just didn't look at my compass and messed up the exit pretty badly, realised eventually and then cut up to the other track. It was from there where i started feeling pretty bad and lose concentration, despite that no more mistakes just getting slower and slower and feeling worse and worse. Knee wasn't hurting just trying to 'collapse' here and there, deffo tarmac which is the issue.

Note to self: Check exit direction (compass again)

L Knee was hurting again but not 'collapsing' as much which i guess is good. Feeling pretty meh, cold deffo trying to get the better of me. Cuz of all this i pulled out early, not doing the full 6 as probs wouldn't do my knee any good

Running club cancelled - L knee pretty sore going up stairs and randomly losing strength and “collapsing” fairly sure it’s just growing tho as had the same thing a few months ago. Can feel a cold coming... will do my best to defeat it. No biking cuz ice
