Run around part of the glen cat skyline. L knee hurting quite a bit to start with but eased off by the end. Not got my new Salomons yet so had to go with these

Wee bit of night O as no DNC couldn't picture/visualise anything and after going to #7 rather than #3 going where it should've been and the going further on cuz i thought i was in the wrong place and a nice 90 degree error i decided that id done enough so jogged back
