Orienteering 38:12 [5] 5.0 km (7:38 / km)

Brittish champs

started off good to #1, changed mind on the way and took the first left rather than 2nd, clean beraing to #2.Out to the bridge and then along the track to the open and in to #3, back out to the track and all the way round , then got to the circle and didnt see it so wasted 30s to 1min on #4. clean to#5, straight to #6. Slog up the hill to #7, fairly gruesome, out to the track, then back into the woods on#8, direct to #9, good for the first bit of #10, but srewed up going down the hill and hit the track below lost at least 1min getting distracted, round the track to #11 and then just along the road

overall an ok run just have more confidence and dont get distracted, really good routchoice throughout
