Felt ok and didn't make any real mistakes, only a couple of small misses. Regrouping at every 4th control, so quite intense.

JIRCs relays

Got sent out in first by Mathew so had a wee bit of pressure to start with. I ended going about 100m to far along the track to number 1 and losing a bit of time getting back in then it was ok until 4 where I went onto the right track, thought it was a different track and ran the opposite direction I corrected fairly quickly but came into 4 just a Adam and Jim were leaving so I then started to stick the boot in and run faster only had a couple of routechoice errors after that. so overall a pretty bad run.
