Orienteering 56:00 [4] **** 6.0 km (9:20 / km) +50m 8:58 / km

Orienteering training at Rossile on the way to ScotJos, very nice area and good tricky course. Started off with a line course on the western side of the railway followed by a longer course on the other side of the railway.

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] *** 5.5 km (13:38 / km)

ScotJos training at Lossie using very small (but nice) area on the North next to the beach. we started off with a line course which we then had to go round 3 times on different exercises so it got a bit boring and f........ We then moved onto walking round 4 legs of a course each doing one leg- very easy. After that we did one leg of a course where we had to simplify it as much as possible so I ended up just running along the beach and into the control. Lastly we did a pairs exercise with the W18s where we each had to go round 2 courses and the first team back won, again very easy.

BTS Saving myself a bit for the cross country.

Balgownie cross country. Flaying myself the whole way round-they put 1.8km when it was 2.8km and came ninth :D The course was very slippy and muddy thanks dobs!

BFS Quite tired after the cross country so going slower than usual.

Jog to start and usual warmup. Trying to get focused but still ending up chatting.

Orienteering 19:27 [4] * 4.0 km (4:52 / km)

Compass sport cup selection at Tentsmuir. Very easy yellow/orange, felt good physically and mentally and managed to get a 1st place by 10 secs.
