NGOC Painswick Beacon

Third time I have run here now. Started one minute ahead of Megan and she really came past fast after 10 mins. It's great to see how fast it's possible to be through the terrain. One mistake later on going in too early but was confused at the finish when neither Ben or Megan had finished yet. Turns out Megan hurt her elbow but I didn't see them because my route was so bad to that control.

SWOC Tyn y Coed

This is a great scrappy area where you have to fight continuously to make decent progress. Poor direction coming off a path cost me on the way to 7 when I was no where near far enough and then switched off at the end going to 18 before 17. Feeling quite good physically though.

Post grad running group. An unnecessarily fast run, people getting dropped all over the place. One lap of the downs and then straight back, with a kink, to the uni.
