Note

Playing Mixed Tour 1 at Cardiff with the Oxford team. Made my legs and core very sore on Monday morning.

Short run around my old harbour route. Achilles feeling a bit tight but loosed out towards the end.

Looking around Stoke Bishop for planning purposes. Went around the southern area of the map and university halls.

Leigh Woods orienteering training with some courses set by Abi B. Mostly path running as it is quite overgrown now.

UBOC Monday night run. Dr Whipple took charge and gave us all an education but not a workout! Starting at the water tower, went down the steep bit of the goat gully and then down portway before up this small path on some old tram tracks. Then (slowy) along to the observatory headland before Michael and I decided to do a fast loop around the downs.
