Ears feeling really bad possibly like an infection so wrapped up warm and tried to do some training.
Was supposed to do 15 mins wu and 15 mins we with 15 x 200m hard with 2 mins easy recovery.
Ended up only doing 10 mins wu and wd with 5 x 200m
But thought it would be better to stop before I did something to make it worse.
Was a nasty cold side wind the whole time too.
Knee felt really good throughout though.
