6 x 400m (aiming for 1.30 or faster) managed them in 1.26, 1.29, 1.28, 1.29, 1.29, 1.29. 2 minutes rest between
6 x 200m (aiming for .40) all of them were .40 also had 2 minutes rest between/walk
Legs felt quite tired and heavy, still recovering from the tough weekend.
Was quite cold and even after warming up I never managed to get rid of the chilly feeling.
Mum ran warm up with me to keep me at a slower pace and not go off too quickly.
