Was pretty much full effort for how I was feeling which was pretty crappy.
Cold is on its way out but I still felt incredibly weak throughout and couldn't quite make the times I wanted, but I was aware I wouldn't before I started.
Managed to get through the session and thankfully my pounding head was gone.
