Was a bit of a mess, slipping over every couple of minutes.
Screwed up the first few controls which set me up for a bad time.

normal thursday speed session.
Still a bit sick so took it a bit slower on the sprints.

(sick) shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Still really sick so just did a really easy, short interval session.
Nationals in a couple of weeks so thought I would incorporate some hills in the intervals.
