First run back after Aussie.
Quality session on the track, short but fast.
The usual WU/WD (1km each + 1km between sets)
2 sets of 8 x 100m sprints with 100m easy running.
Was made a bit difficult having a number of little kids randomly running out in front of me causing me to slam on my breaks or swerve.
Felt a little bit untidy while doing them but I have found they have definitely been helping me.
