Easy run, incorporating hills.
An attempt to get my mind off trials next week.
Didn't push too hard, but pushed enough to get up a sweat and be breathing heavily.

Mt Albert Grammar school Sprint Series - Senior Boys
Would have been 2nd or 3rd.
Legs were a little bit sore, but pushed through it.
Made a small, stupid mistake and a few hesitations along the way.
Also had a bit of trouble getting over some of the wobbly fences quickly.

Dancing - flexibility and strength, and some easy core work.

Mt Roskill Sprint Series - Senior Boys
Lower quads were really sore, made an error at control number 4 (misread where the control was)
Would have been 3rd
Could have been a lot faster.

Running intervals 29:00 [4] 6.1 km (4:45 / km) +114m 4:21 / km
shoes: ASICS GT1000 5 D

Warm up, warm down
(30 seconds, 1 minute) x 6
Didn't push as hard as usual due to having already done a race.
Ran with Jess.
Felt good after, legs were sore though

Monday Mar 13, 2017 #

Warm up, Warm down.
10 x 100m hard with 100m easy between.
Felt fairly good.
Track was grass and was a little bit squishy in some parts due to heavy rain over the weekend.
Had to weave around the young kids playing around on the track.
Had a head wind for part of it.
