Pen-y-Cloddiau around the back. Haven’t been along there in a while and was a good one today - picked the feet up a little bit to get the segment going over the top and finished off with some strides. Nice.

Yahoo Morgan Llwyd - Wrexham.

First appearance at a race this season and was necessary to qualify for N Wales for the inter regional stuff. Started strong and dipped slightly in the middle but was v pleased with a strong last lap. Very fast course and some good seniors pushing me along. No speedwork as yet so a good base marker.

Solo loop following most of the Hotfoot up Famau route and then a longer one through the forest and up to the top of Moel Famau with Ifan. Definitely brought the wrong shoes and was slipping all over the place but not too bad. Feeling a little bit off with my stomach when I got into it so it will be a bit easier on the treadmill tomorrow.

Moel-y-Parc in the dark. Hard to get out in the rain and horizontal wind but got it done - slow up the front face and easy down the right side. A few strides at the end to start getting me back into some pace in the legs.
