Symptoms just about getting to their end today. Still a bit of a headache and blocked nose but coughing much less.

Two little 10 minute chunks on the bike on the lowest possible resistance - just turning my legs around to see how they are feeling and how I was feeling. Off for a break halfway through as I was finding it a bit tiring

Still same symptoms up again today - not making it into school. Cough still very painful and head and back aching.

Much worse today. Very painful cough and bad sore throat - felt awful when standing up and moving around so had to take the day off school.

Taken out of the swim today because of how awful I was feeling. Not good at all today with flu - taking it easy unfortunately this week and will see how it goes on Sunday for the Welsh League

Feeling awful today so no chance of doing intervals. Had to keep stopping to stretch and barely kept this pace even

Made a new plan with runs on Monday and Wednesday morning as well now with different focuses on each -
Mon slower + shorter
Tue intervals
Wed normal + normal (like 7k)
Thu tempo n medium
