Was at the wall for 8 hours but didn't think that was realistic as a time to put on here - was watching the comp and then did a fair bit in the meantime. Doing alright with the grades considering i Hadn't been for ages

Again back at the strides to practice going at a much faster speed. Same as last week only managing 6 x 150m in the time I had with a couple minutes rest between each one.

More focussed on swimming form in coaching today. Water polo was really good fun to do though
