After a 2k warmup did 6 ~130m 'strides' where you steadily increase up to a fast sprint and then steadily slow down again. Found it easy so will be trying again next week.

Nice and easy around a housing estate before school. Fine to do just to get used to running more on flat and just getting a chance to do some more running.

Quite tough intervals at a harder push today. Not sure whether I should start looking at speed for next season now but aiming to do at least some good work before the New Year.
