spiked:10/16c slept:8.5 shoes: inov-8 Mudclaw 300

Red line stopped to show contours so went to #14 instead of #4. Lost a good bit of time and met David B at #4 after him starting 4 mins behind. Ran together for a bit but feeling sapped after extra climb. At #11 Dave had to turn around after punching wrong control, so on my own from then. Lost about 30 secs on last couple of controls being a bit scrappy. Feeling okayish for tomorrow.

10 mins core with a few drills and exercises for legs - feeling alright but I'll have to do more lower back in the future.
