Did 20 mins 5th gear keeping up a pretty solid pace with 5 mins warm up/cool down both sides. Leg still feeling fine for the bike :)

2x gear 5 / 1x gear 6 feeling easy in full effort so planning on all 3x 5 minutes 6th gear next week :)
Leg feeling fine for cycling but is still painful when extended - keeping up with ice and rolling.
