I haven’t been eating well or much at all these last few days. Also I haven’t been sleeping. I’ve been insanely busy with midterms and papers. So I barely had the energy to make it through this workout which was a weird feeling. But midterms are over so I can go back to self care and getting back to my healthy routine. I’m going to take tomorrow to get back on track eating wise and then start up my workouts again on Monday.
