Glutes:

Fire hydrants with band 20x each side
Side squat walks with band 16x each side (yeah thats random but thats how much space I had in the room)
Donkey kicks bent leg with band 20x each side
Donkey kicks bent leg no band 20x each side
Bridges with elevated feet with band-lift, open and close legs, down 20x
Donkey kicks straight leg- no band (tried with band and it hurt my knee so went without) 30x each leg
Plank leg lift with band 20x each side
Bench bridges with band- lift, open, close legs, down 20x
Standing bent leg extensions 30x then bent leg lift 30x- repeat on other side
Squat jump out to sumo squat with band 20x
Lying side leg lift 20x each side
Squat step one leg out, squat, then the other 20x
Squat position, band above knees, press out 30x

Abs:

Obliques:
Side plank with hip dips 30 sec each side
Bicycle crunches 30x
Side V-ups 20x each side
Cross body climbers 30 sec
Russian twists 30x
Side jackknife sit ups 15x each side

Core:
Plank with hip dips 30 sec
Plank to push up 20x
Mountain climbers 35 sec
Down dog to plank 20x
Side plank knee up 15x
Leg lifts 4x- hold, scissors, flutter, all
Reverse crunches- hold and lower one leg at a time halfway 30x
Reverse crunches- normal 30x
