60 sec medium intensity, 30 sec high intensity, 60 sec recovery, repeat for 35 min with different moves. 60,30,60 medium/high intensity with abs 10 min. Extremely tired this morning and only ate an apple before this so I didn’t give it my all, but I still pushed (and took a nap after)

3 sets, 20 reps: leg lifts, bicycles, alternating leg lifts, scissors (4sets), mountain climbers, elbow to knee crunches, pelvic lifts, leg holds

Strength (Arms) 10:00 [3]

30 push ups, 30 bicep pulls up to down 70lb, bicep pulls from side in each side 30 reps with 40lb, 20 over head tricep pulls 30lb
