Parkrun-Studley Park, slow start as no warm up and it was hard work getting around. I am trying to get myself going earlier in the mornings so parkrun is a good incentive. Very slow but it felt like hard work . Slowest ever 20:52

Collingwood track 5km tonight, small field of women and I struggled massively but I am glad I did it. I had to jump back in and just have a go. Fun once it’s done. Surprised I only dropped 25 seconds from the previous track 5 in Nov, I thought it might be more. Pat J had a ripper run
It was nice to have a cheer squad. The cheer squad will hopefully all be running next time! :)
