Parkrun Princes Park, bit of a much needed hit out. 32 secs slower than the start of the year but happy in my current state to break 20 . Love parkrun for making fast sessions so much easier/ def should do more

Run to the chandler hwy, a few reps up the stairs underneath, butt not quite ready for that, a bit hurty! Slow jog back home. Got stopped by an old man and asked to join his running club.... well I should be flattered I guess.....

easy run with Brodie around the river to the bats. Jensen started with us but supposedly we were running too slow for him haha. Sacrum feeling ok at this easy pace but I am feeling overall really out of shape.

Down the beach with Teemu and family.
A very easy Mona fartlek, just rolled through it easy with out too much speed as the short hard stuff hurts my butt. Just trying to start getting a little bit of speed back...aaaargh... its definitely hard to get back once you let it slip, I feel so unco
A nice warm down past the fancy beach houses.
