A test hit out, just to put to rest in my mind that I definitely cant run Two Bays next sunday..... I was secretly hoping I could get away with a week of training and miraculously be able to race 28km, but I need to be sensible..... bugger it!!!!
I was so looking forward to it this year.

Managed a run along the river to the pipe bridge, still a bit stiff and sore through glutes and sacrum area but a beautiful evening to be out running/ actually probably have to call it jogging........... better to be running than not though :)

back to barre, regular teacher away and the fill in was a bit soft on us, probably lucky as I was also well and truly soft!!

Its been a long time with nothing, no entries because I have done nothing!!!!
(After hurting my sacrum being pushed down heavy on my butt by a big opposition player in hockey- early December) not happy Jan
Anyway, after a couple of little 1-3km walk jogs over Christmas I finally went for a half decent run today - yay
Couldnt really say no to a track session with Fredric and the lovely Saara, Mary and Aislinn there also kicking my unfit butt.
400,300,200,100m ( shouldnt have done the 100m- hurt) x 2
I did also go for a 3km jog earlier as I didnt know intervals were on and probs pushed it too much.....
