plod around billabong, my attempt at a 'pre-brekkie run' haha everything hurts! The idea was a little jog to wake up, then a longer run later- didnt happen..... had a massive under the house clean up instead. Legs felt terrible.
Different teacher this morning :( she was way too soft on us and it was way too easy!! but after having hardly any sleep on account of eating a WHOLE bag of maltesers at the movies ( not including the ones that snuck out of the bag and melted into my jeans...) I guess this was a good day to go easy.
Core and glutes, rolling and stretching and 6 minutes on the stair machine- that was all I could do, calves were on fire!!

5 x800m at Collingwood track, as always felt rather dreadful on the first and slowly came good. Jensen had me on the first one but I clawed my way back and showed him he can’t beat his Mum... not all the time anyway just yet hahaha, think it’s only a matter of weeks though ...

Easy run to chandler and around the Billabong with Karen, beautiful out in the sunshine. Just cruising- running the weekend out of my legs, and having a good motivating chat. Talking each other into entering up coming events ... :) :)

Long run out the Yarra flats, felt terrible for the first 2km- everything hurt !! Then got better though and felt really good 5-15km. Did some 1km tempos (3) . Faded abit the last 2km but I haven’t been training much over 10km so happy with this.
