Sprint into Spring race 3 at St Albans uni. A good course set by the Brit boys. I managed to beat Jensen this week, still hanging on just!
The training we did after the race was really good, I think running in a little group relayesque was super beneficial.

Rode to the Collingwood Aths track for intervals and home again with Aston

Track session, great to see a few turn up tonight, Aislinn, Pat, Brody, Cormack, Nicola,Aston, Joe and Nathan.
1km warmup with some drills
2km tempo
6 x400m pretty hard
1x300m
1x200m
Great to have Aislinn there, she led out fast on the 400’s And I probably ran faster than I would have otherwise!
Felt good to do a track session again, legs a bit shaky and form didn’t hold- but fun!!
1km warm down ( plus ride home- because the traffic over the Chandler is shite!)

Attempted to do a long run but left it so late in the day it sort of fizzled and was just hard work. Cut short( rescued from) because I had to get home for a ph call :) Next Sunday I will be doing a longer run!! Must must must
